During the big storm of 2013 I had a bit of a leak through an old chimney stub. Contacted Diamond to do stub removal and they were on of the few companies to contact me back and give me a worthwhile quote for what I know is a small project. Jeff and team came by and did the job perfectly. Gave me good overview of job, removed the stub, insulated the hole, covered the stub with plywood, sealed all around, covered the location with shingles and cleaned up the site. Quality job for a great price ... very knowledgeable contractor.

They were honest, reliable and knew what they were doing. Showed up when they said they would, did the job expertly and efficiently. And left the site spotless. Very competitive price too!

We were trying to find a roofing company that would come out to our home to check out a leak, and present us with an assessment and options (many companies wouldn't come out unless we were talking about an entire roof repair up front). Fixer on the Roof sent Diamond, who were extremely helpful. They fixed our immediate problem (the leak), and provided us with several options for our whole roof (which eventually needs to be replaced) going forward. They were super friendly and knowledgeable, and we are definitely going to use them to replace our roof.

I have adjusted this review. The same leak happened again March 2013. They told me now it was not fixable because of cracked singles and I would need a new roof and the warranty was done. they never came out again to re-asses, just over phone.
Had Mr. Roof Repair come out. In 15 minutes said all they did was caulk. He actually tore back shingles to show me the issue. This company never did that. Apparently I needed a proper vent, the builder installed the wrong one.
After 3 visits by this company, 400 dollars for which they only caulked. I have to repay. Avoid these guys for roof repairs
Diamond Roofing was referred to me by Fixer on the Roof because they do not do work in Vaughan. This company is superb. They are the only roofing or roof repair company that bothered to come and actually access the issue instead of over the phone or email. They came, listened to me, saw where it was dripping and told me exactly what the issue was and fixed it on the spot. As well, they caulked a few eavesthrough joints as well.

Showed up to give me an estimate and time to complete the job. Felt the Owner/Manager was very professional and gave me a detailed breakdown. When on the site to complete the job was very courteous and friendly and the workers worked very hard and completed the job in two days. No extra fees were incurred. I would recommend them to other customers. Roof looks great.
