I researched this company and based on the glowing reviews I decided to give them a try. The estimate was reasonable and I agreed to have them do the work. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing like the reviews that I read. 3 men arrived in the morning, but after an hour 2 of them left to do other jobs and did not return for 6 hours. They left the most inexperienced painter who's work had to be touched up when the painters returned. I ordered 3 colours, but the white was never ordered. Fortunately the painters had white on their truck. I was told that my quote did not include the doors and trim. Why wouldn't the quote include these items? Sometime during the process a book shelf was broken. Accidents do happen but there was just a shrug and no apology. I specifically asked that a closet organizer attached to the wall not be dismantled, as it was originally very difficult to install. So, they dismantled it anyway and could not put it back the way it was. I had to get help the next day to reinstall it properly. The left over paint was supposed to be left with me, but only 1 of the colours was left. The other was taken and the white was never ordered. The entire job ended up taking 12.5 hours, which was ridiculously long. The owner did give me a substantial discount which I used towards replacing the bookshelf, as well as buying more paint.
The next day I received a questionnaire from the head office, wanting to know how my experience was and if I was "wowed". I honestly answered the questions, listed all of my concerns and then followed up with an email to customer service. Well, I never heard a word from the company. There were several things that they could have done to salvage the situation, but clearly they are only interested in positive reviews. At the very least they could have acknowledged my concerns and offered an apology. Instead, there is silence. I will be looking elsewhere for my future painting needs.
