Bosch Dishwasher was not draining properly
i called the evening prior and asked if a service person could come the following morning as i could be at home. They quickly said yes, could i provide a 3 hour window for service. The serviceman, Shay Saar called in the first hour and was at my door in ten minutes. He was efficient, pleasant, walked me through what he was doing...explained the steps/routine he would go through to determine the problem. Luckily it was not a serious issue... it had been clogged. He cleared the lines and then told me how to keep the lines clean through a regular cleaning routine with salt. All in all very helpful with the actual problem as well as how to maintain and prevent the problem in future. I will call this firm again for any appliances concerns
