Since I ordered the product during covid 19 pandemic, I had been waiting for more than 6 months. It worth the wait. Make sure to ask the waiting time as it may take longer time than you expect.

Eric did an excellent job recommending the type of windows and door to replace our old ones. He is very resourceful and helped us with a couple of great referrals for our renovation project. Although a slight delay with the windows and door installation due to the pandemic, the process of removing the old ones and installing the new ones were done expeditiously. All completed in less than a day for 8 windows and a side door as his crew worked tirelessly once they commenced. We will certainly work with Eric for future projects.

They promised the service and we booked the date and then we change the specs a few weeks before the install and they did not push back and still made the requested changes and promised the date.
On the date they came and completed the full windows replacement in 2 days and their team is amazing.
I highly recommend them to anyone.

John was very professional and easy to deal with. Even with covid delays he kept me up to date with timelines and scheduling. Once we were ready to install Michael and his helper were again very professional. They handled everything and even lay floor protection down. Once the doors were installed they cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend John and his team. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

Needed a new window opening to let more light in the living room. The crew did an amazing job in listening to my request and giving advice on the window size opening. We also replaced 2 bedroom windows upstairs. Very satisfied with the service.

We have been looking to change our front door for the longest time and have asked several companies for a quote. We called Mr. Chan (the owner) for a quote and he was at our home within 20 mins of our call. The price was so much more reasonable compared to other companies so we decided to go with Mr. Chan, he was very friendly, honest and helped us answer all of our questions.
