Love Your Leather

I came into Love Your Leather Etobicoke with a heavy heart. My fairly new red Blundstone boot had an undercoating stain on it. They took my boot and asked if I could wait a bit. After 20 min they returned my book with the stain almost completely removed and no charge! I was very impressed and thankful. Highly recommended!

They added leather to my bag when I asked that it stays looking just like the original so it didn’t look fake. Then when I kindly asked what my options are they literally sent me phone call memos of me and would not budge at all to fix it. Stated that “they” liked the final product with no regard about if I did. This purse now has no retail value.

We had a good size stain show up on our almost new RH leather (suede) couch cushion. We made the mistake of trying to clean it ourselves and damaged the leather. We took the cushion down to Tony at Love your leather in Etobicoke to see what he could do with it.

He worked on the cushion taking the damage from bad to almost like new.

I sent my winter coat to get the zippers fixed for the two side pockets, they did an amazing job, better than they were when I first bought the coat, and they even fixed a whole just because they saw it, I didn't mention it to them. Great service, great work, great company.

I strongly recommend taking your valuable leathers to Love Your Leather. After a failed attempt by me at trying to restore my fine, but weathered, worn out looking leather coat, I took it into Love Your Leather wondering if there was any point in trying to restore the coat. The staff and Tony were so welcoming and definite that the coat was very restorable, in style, explained how it would be done and that I had options on the finished look. The price was way less than what I was anticipating. They stated a two to four-week time frame for when the coat would be ready. I picked it up today, exactly 2 weeks later and WOW, was I blown away when they presented the coat. It looks new and so soft to the touch. I am so, so happy and appreciative for what Tony and his team accomplished. This is my first experience with Love Your Leather and I am so impressed with them, starting with how I was greeted, the thorough explanation I got, the accuracy of finishing time frame, their pleasant demeanor on the phone and the final result. Thank you Tony and to your team.

I found Love your leather after searching online for a highly rated leather cleaner. My leather garment had a large ball point pen stain on it. Tony had the stain out within 15min of my showing up at the store. I had a chance to watch Tony and his staff interact with other customers and they are exceptionally warm, friendly and accommodating. Thank you Tony for your service and generosity.

They put through my clothes plastic tags which damaged my fabric on my high end custom suit and hugo boss dress shirts. They wanted to fix the damage and sent them back to me saying they were fixed. Not at all! way to wreck my wedding outfit. I would not recommend these guys. I found them very nice but I still have damaged clothes and I might have to take them to court now.

I was very impressed by the great customer service I received from Love Your Leather. In addition, the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I'd recommend contacting LYL to see if they can help you with your next leather repair.

I have a high-end suede coat -- with fur lining -- that was given to me as a gift. It's way over sized for me. I brought it to Love Your Leather to have it reduced. Tony (the owner) was very friendly and professional. The staff were superbly skilled. They've literally taken the entire coat apart and put it back to exactly my size. Fits perfectly. All was done in just a few days, and extremely reasonably priced for the amount of work they've done. I was extremely happy to have a wonderful new coat that fits me so well. Leather alteration is not trivial, I highly recommend Tony and his team for this type of work.
