Cascade Plumbing

We just moved into our new house and realized there was a huge problem with the homes drain system, after turning on the washing machine for the very first time foam started coming out of the sinks, toilets, and bathtub. We were in shock. I called Cascade plumbing and spoke to Paul, he explained what the typical problems are in this kind of situation, and was in my house inspecting the problem areas within an hour. He solved the problem and saved me thousands of dollars, thank you Paul for you honesty and hard work.

When i made a call to Cascade plumbing about broken faucet in the bathroom and leaking pipe under kitchen sink, i received an advise and approximate estimate for the job to be done. Sam arrived shortly fixed the faucet and replaced the pipe.

After contacting Cascade Plumbing, they came out to our home, assessed what would be required to locate the leak. Wall opened, leak located, and Cascade advised what would be required to fix. In addition, had them fix leaking water closet in main floor toilet.
Good communication with Cascade, efficient and polite Master Plumber completed the work as scheduled! A pleasure to do business with Cascade Plumbing and would highly recommend them.

One plumber ripped apart my floor, than advised that job could not be completed, another suggested I close up the floor and leave it alone. Only then did I find Cascade and Paul. They came in, cleared the stoppage right away. They returned the next day, removed P trap, installed backflow preventer, refilled the hole and cement and were on their way! In short, they came, they inspected, they corrected, they completed, they left! I hope I don't need more plumbing work, but if I do, Cascade gets the call. Thanks Paul!

We had a problem in the kitchen that was preventing our dishwasher from draining properly. I called Cascade and Paul answered immediately. He listened to my problem and asked me to take some pictures and text them to him. Although extremely busy he, and his assistant Sam, were able to schedule me in for the following morning.
They arrived on time and got straight to work - explaining step by step what needed to be done and what my options were. The floor drain in our basement was overflowing whenever we ran the washing machine due to a sewer line backup. The city of Toronto could not unclog the sewer line. A "well known" plumbing company from the yellow pages came out, snaked the drain and said that the P trap was broken and that I would need to dig up our whole front yard and garden and replace the sewer line for $2700! The yellow pages plumber didn't even take a look with a camera or try to plunge the trap. Fortunately a friend recommended Cascade Plumbing. Paul came out, successfully plunged and unclogged the drain, and showed me the P trap with a camera---showing that it was in good shape. Given the advice from the city and the yellow pages plumber, Paul could have easily steered me towards a sewer line replacement and collected 2700$. However Paul was honest and solved my problem for much less. It is rare to find an honest person these days and I would would highly recommend Paul for any plumbing work. In fact, in the future if we have any other plumbing problems, Paul at Cascade plumbing will the first person I call!

The service was professionally done and with a reasonable price, i will recommend this company to all my friends and i would use there service again....great job Paul and son.
