I was very satisfied with how close the quote was to the actual price since I needed to have additional plywood to replace existing plywood underneath the roof. Max and his crew were on time and cleaned up any mess that was incurred from the work. Exclamations as to what needed to be done were thorough and accurate.

From obtaining the quote to job completion was a very positive experience. No sales tactics or gimmics. Well explained quote that was very fair. The crew arrived when they said they would, they were efficient, professional and extremely clean. Roof looks great and we are confident it was done right. Will likely have Twin Peaks back to do our eaves in the near future.

After many quotes I knew Twin Peaks Roofing was the only choice for me. Jim got ON the roof to look before writing the quote. They came on time, worked hard and cleaned up. Professional A++!!! Max and his team clearly care about the quality of their work. They took no shortcuts and spoke with me about what would be best for my roof in terms of ice, venting and animal proofing. From the onset, when I first met Jim who provided the quote, answered all my questions and explained the timeline, I knew I also had made the right decision. Amazing customer service. Max (the owner) and his team of 6 incredibly hardworking guys, worked tirelessly, made everything look effortless (and it was a hard job), all done in a day, and once they left, you would never know they were there. Other than the roof and new vents look fantastic. This company delivers what they promise and much more. I would, without hesitation, recommend Twin Peaks Roofing to absolutely anyone and everyone who is in need of a professional, efficient, competitively priced company to address their roofing needs. Fair price - excellent quality - fantastic customer service!

A great experience from start to finish with my roof/flashing and eavestroughs. Jim came out to estimate my roof and eaves, he actually went up on my roof to inspect instead of just working from the satellite pic. He was knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Max and his team did a great job on installation. The crew were on time, professional and efficient. They completed my complicated roof in one day and did a thorough clean up. The eaves were installed shortly after the roof and that crew were just as great as the roofing team.

My neighbor was so impressed they decided to get an estimate and upon roof inspection, Jim found missing shingles and they sent someone out to patch it the next day. That's service!

I would not hesitate to recommend or work with Max and his team again.

The second best price out of five quotes. (First quote was sub par shingles). One of only two companies to actually 'walk' and inspect my roof for the quote. Came early on the agreed date and finished late afternoon with a crew of about seven. Excellent clean up after completion. The workmanship looks excellent from what I could see. No unnecessary add-ons thrown into price. Very professional.

Max explained exactly how his team would install our shingles in a way that would be very durable and delivered on that commitment. He helped us choose the colour by sending photos of nearby homes and providing samples. Installation was fast but thorough and the team cleaned up the property thoroughly. Drone photos of the finished job were a nice touch too !

Onsite / roof inspection before quoting. Provided quote with explanation. Delay (due to supply chain issues). Work done one day. cleanup good, Allowed us to use the magnetic bar - we caught more. Great communications - before / calls during the day - as we were out (checking / making recommendations). Happy with the result !!

I have used Max @ Twin Peaks to reroof our office and have recommended him to several friends (all have used him & very happy) It was now time to do our home and they did not let us down even though we are out of town. Job was completed to perfection & cleanup was well done. They are the best.
