Poor workmanship with the piping (ie. drilling excessively large hole through wall and also crooked pipe exit) and drilling holes all through the sump pit/ tank which is not needed unless there is water issues under the slab (which I dont have). Why drill holes in the pit, especially near the bottom of the pit?
So water from the weeping tile can go into the pit and then go OUT through the holes and under your concrete floor?? Doesn't make sense. Do your plumbers know what they're doing? I don't think so.
Also over priced for the work they do. Changed a couple taps in my laundry (half hour work maybe) and charged over $500. Really? If I knew I would be charged that I would've done it myself. Other small things too numerous to mention and also damaged my wall. Maybe I just had a bad technician but I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone! Sorry Dave but you don't have my vote.

Ok thanks for the review. We haven't done a sump pump barrel in quite sometime. I find this hard to believe especially with this much disappointment a phone call to the office wasn't made to discuss. We always give a price to be authorized before job starts. I come highly recommend from the city to install sump pumps and barrels if needed along with sewer back up valves. We try our best to satisfy everyone and I never leave or take payment from a customer if they are unsatisfied. You pay nothing if your not happy.
Thanks David.
