Worst customer service I’ve ever received
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Julian who comes across professional lacks sympathy and does not know how to deal with customers. They were supposed to install my blinds Friday I waited from 11 to 3 no one showed up no phone calls to let me know what’s going on I tried messaging Julian several times called the warehouse several times no one gets back to you I’m still fighting to get my blinds installed. At this point I don’t want their business I just want my deposit back. Julian is young and inexperienced buyer beware do not deal with Julian he does not get back to you and leaves you hanging. I am still fighting to get my deposit back legal action is my next step buyer beware of this company and Do not deal with Julian he claims he’s the owner but yet if I have an issue he direct me to a manager. Something fishy about this business. To all the customers they are looking for Blinds do yourself a favour look elsewhere we’re going to get nothing but a run around with this company.
