I ordered shutter in May. They came early June to install. One didn't fit and they said they'd be back in a week to install it. It's half way through September and I have no shutter. They've been paid in full. They don't return calls or emails and their voicemail is often full. If you had a bad experience with this company please report them to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Ontario.
