General Contractors review in
Calgary
They don't honour their warranty. Patio installed in 2014 and it was beautiful, but quickly began to crumble in several areas. Countless requests made for repair in 2015 and 2016. Usual response was "sorry we forgot/what's your address again?". Finally May 2016 they looked at it and said it needed to be re-sealed. Final response October 2016 was "your little repair is not a priority". We will have to hire another contractor this summer before our $10K investment is worthless.

Thank you for your review, I don't have a name to look up but this seems like it could be that it was over 1 year or from salt applied in the winter we don't just refuse to do service please contact 403 253 5253. and ask for our GM Fab.
