We could not be happier with the finished pool or the process of getting a pool from Rob. I contacted him early about a pool, and he was so patient in answering all my questions and putting me in the right direction to get started on the pool process. I worked with Vicki through the winter months, and she was such a pleasure to work with. She made the permit process so easy and streamlined. Rob gave us a date very early on, and he stuck by that date. We were so impressed. He arrived with his crew, ready to go. I cannot say enough about the whole team...Rob, Jordan, Ethan and Meg. They were always smiling and never stopped working. They had the pool done in less than 3 days which was amazing! With Covid, we expected delays or maybe parts that were back ordered but Rob is so organized, everything went smoothly and he had everything ready to go. We have heard so many horror stories related to pools this summer, but knowing we had Rob and his team doing ours, we knew we were in great hands and we really were. I cannot recommend Rob and his team enough! 10/10 You will not be disappointed. His experiences in this business speaks for itself. We cannot wait to really enjoy our pool this upcoming summer!

We purchased our pool from Smart Onground Pools and cannot say enough to praise them. They were on-time, professional, coordinated, friendly and helpful just to name a few qualities we expreienced. With all the COVID delays in the pool industry in 2021 we DID NOT expreience even one! The crew showed up EXACLTY exactly when they said they would. They had all the tools and equipment. There was no liner delays or parts shortages. I heard so many stories this summer and all I thought was...."you should've used Smart Onground Pools". The price, quality, timing, training etc, was all top notch. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Rob, Vicki and their team are great to work with. Considerate, punctual, knowledgeable and professional are just a few words to describe them. After speaking with several companies, Rob gained my confidence quickly and answered all my questions which put me at ease about the project. I know it’s hard to get a pool installed due to the demand but it’s worth the wait to have this team fulfill your needs. They are registered with the companies you have to submit information with for warranty if needed and will follow up after install with any questions or concerns. Our project involved some special attention and they did so to make it happen for my family. Thank you Rob and team for a job well done.

Rob and his crew were complete professionals, they always made sure we were kept up to date on what was going on during the install. Rob was very patient with us right from day one, always willing to listen to any concerns we may have had. Great quality especially considering the cost savings compared to full in-ground pool. The installation was last summer so I can't yet comment on the long term durability but everything looks great so far.

It was a pleasure to work with Rob from start to finish. He has unmatched skills with the Bobcat and a friendly, hardworking staff. Our pool was built in Aug 2019 and we are really happy with it! It is a 14'x22' Emerald and it's the perfect size for us. Rob works with you to give you the pool that you want and doesn't try to force another design or size on you like another pool company did. He spent a lot of time explaining things to us and staking out different configurations so that we could find one that we were happy with and it was doable on his part. Dollar for dollar you can't go wrong with Smart pools. I had 6 pool companies quote me and nobody could touch Robs prices. I did a bunch of things myself and Rob really helped me navigate my side of the instal.
I also really appreciated Rob's logic. He just has so much experience and really guides you in making the most out of your purchase. Rob's crew was very professional, hardworking and down to earth.
Regarding the pool kit itself; I'm very impressed with the mechanicals and the installation. Many of my friends are mechanical engineers so its the first thing they want to look at and the verdict is always the same - this is a really nice setup.
I optioned up our pool with larger stairs, 4 deck jets and a waterfall and our family has a blast with these. Its a fun add on and with the money you save with Smart pools it practically free.

Rob and his team built us a beautiful on ground pool. We would recommend them to build a pool for anyone we know in a heart beat. Rob answered all of our questions during the planning stage to help us figure out what pool would be best in our yard. We were very impressed with some of the cost saving measures that they recommended. Work started promptly on the day they said it would. During the build process, Rob explained what was happening so we could understand everything that was going on in our backyard. You could tell by how they were working that they took pride in their finished product. We can't wait until the late spring so that we can open our pool for the first time (Rob has told us that he will come back to take us to pool school) and jump in.
