Mark was very professional, explained my options, including his recommendation for how to handle arched windows. The shutters were installed very quickly by the team, and they look great. The windows now have a nice, framed in look; the shutters operate well, and the colour blends in nicely with all the other trim in the rooms

Best customer service ever. Mark responded to my email inquiring within a day and even took my call during another installation. He came by with samples and walked me through everything. I wasn’t quite sold on all the suggestions but he said “he would not steer me wrong” and he didn’t. The blinds look great.
Mark came on the day of installation and Trevor guided me through tips and tricks once the installation was complete. I could not believe how fast (and what appeared to be easy) the installation was. And I am left with amazing blinds that just add so much elegance to my home.

Mark did an incredible job during our first appointment (1 of 2, 2 being the installation) recommending elements that he knew would go perfectly with our home and discouraging us from adding on elements that we thought at the time would have worked but in hindsight realized we would have regretted. We are so so grateful for his guidance during that initial meeting and are 100% satisfied with every single aspect of our shutters.

Trevor and Twan did an amazing job at installing shutters in our home. They worked incredibly quickly and diligently. Trevor answered any questions we had and fixed a few areas that needed a quick clean as we pointed them out. Mark also attended on the day of installation and as expected was extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions we had.
