He measured and explained the product and all options with respect to my newer windows. They keep in touch with you every step to the end. We had all our windows fitted for beautiful California shutters. Mark and Albert were a treat to deal with. Everything that was communicated by Mark happened just the way he said it would.
Four years later, we had a new bow window installed and the window Co. said the shutters and framing all had to he removed!
We called Mark and he said no problem, and Albert, his installer was here in 2 days to remove them.
Today, July 22/22 they put them back up.
