Our kitchen faucet had seized, would no longer swivel and was showing signs of extensive corrosion. I called Day & Knight Plumbing to book an appointment to replace the faucet. They were able to fit me in the next day. They arrived at the scheduled time, replaced the faucet, cleaned the site and took away all the old components for disposal. The guy on the other end of the phone had personality-plus and made me feel immediately comfortable talking to him, considering my limited knowledge in this area. When Austin arrived, he was friendly, professional, and efficient. Will definitely use them again and likely for more services.

Austin is a young guy who is very helpful and friendly and provided great service. He diagnosed our Furnance problem (faulty igniter switch), promptly rectified the situation while the whole time educating me about how a properly functioning furnance should work and key issues to address. He was prompt, very helpful and friendly, helped us with a new more effective thermostat and we very much appreciated his excellent service.

Austin replaced a leaky wax seal on my toilet. He was efficient, friendly and respectful of my property. The final price was more than fair and was a few dollars cheaper than the quote even though an additional part was required. I would not hesitate to recommend Austin and when I need plumbing services again I know who I will call.

I had a bad cartridge on my tub faucet causing a constant stream of water. Ted came out as soon as possible to swap it out. Fast and professional. He had seen it a hundred times before and talked me through every step he took during the entire repair. He happily showed my curious child what was going on and appreciated her interest. Would absolutely choose their service again in a heartbeat.

Had Austin out today to take a look at shower valve/diverter that was malfunctioning and producing a severe vibration when cold water was called for. Had another outfit in and their immediate recommendation was cut into the wall and replace the entire valve with a different make.

Austin hadn't done much work with this brand before but methodically took it all apart, tested it, made adjustments, and when he put put it all back together the issue was resolved. He gave me pictures of the parts that I could attempt to purchase myself as a next-level solution if the fix didn't hold and said he'd be happy to come install those if I needed help. We talked about a couple of other potential future jobs and estimates. If I go forward with them, I'll be asking for Austin again.

I have an old Grohe shower that had two temperatures HOT or HOT. I contacted Day & Night and they looked everywhere for the part they would need. Once they finally found the part they gave me a quote that was very reasonable and less than some of the more popular plumbing companies. On the day of the repair they phoned to ask if they could arrive early, which I agreed to and they did. The repair was done quickly and for the price they quoted. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Day and Knight Plumbing to fix a leak in a jacuzzi tub drain. I chose an appointment for the following morning. Austin arrived on time, was very professional. When he arrived, I explained to him what the problem was and chose to have the entire drain assembly and overflow replaced given the age of the home. Austin did a great job in a very confined space! The charge was also reasonable for the work done. Great service! I would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call on them again!
