Austin is a young guy who is very helpful and friendly and provided great service. He diagnosed our Furnance problem (faulty igniter switch), promptly rectified the situation while the whole time educating me about how a properly functioning furnance should work and key issues to address. He was prompt, very helpful and friendly, helped us with a new more effective thermostat and we very much appreciated his excellent service. We’d highly recommend Day & Knight.
