Men In Kilts Window Cleaning

I have used this company at my previous house and was very satisfied with their work. My upper windows were 3 stories up and we couldn't manage it on our own. We are now in a rancher and have used Men in Kilts again. The company called us and although the initial attempt to set up an appointment (i believe it was through a call centre) was not successful, when the company called me back they were very professional, apologized for the mix up and set up a new appointment at my convenience. Their customer service was excellent, the work was flawless including cleaning up the sills and ensuring there was no mess.
