Daves Ducts came recommended by another company that I wanted to hire after my ducts were clean. I called them and, after answering my questions, was asked to book my appointment online. They were a bit late, but called before to let me know, so it wasn't a big deal. I was scared because their instructions said the house would have to be vaccumed after because of the dust. They are also very clear about doors width because they need to get in with a big machine.
We had no problems! They cleaned and covered all exits individually, then proceeded with the duct cleaning itself. In the end, they showed us pictures of before and after. It feels so much better to know our ducts are clean! Forgot to mention that the price was just as announced on the website - by number of vents. I paid exactly what they said I would (which did not happen with the company I hired years ago to do the same job).
The guys who came were respectful and professional. I would totally recommend this company and will hire then again next time.

We take our work very seriously and glad that it shows. Sorry that we were late, we are always at the mercy of our first and second jobs as we will always stay as long as necessary to perform this service. Vacuuming after our service is expected depending on the how dirty your HVAC system is - we mitigate this by isolating the supply and return vents by sealing them during the process, however - when the system is reactivated anything in the airstream that was unsettled may be forced through the supply vents depending on how bad they were to begin with. Also, often after a thorough deep cleaning of the HVAC system, more air will travel through without restriction and that additional air pressure could cause any debris around your supply boot to push out into the living space if there is a big enough gap around the supply boot and your floor. The best way to rectify any dust beneath your floor from being pushed into your living space would be to tape around your supply vents to close that gap. Before/after photos are mandatory with every service as they tell us when to stop cleaning :) As for our pricing, we publish all our rates as we're not interested in upselling.
