Had a great experience with Rick. Was very professional, kept time and was very good at explaining what the problem was. The heater on my old dryer was gone and without opening the dryer, would not have known exactly what the problem was. Rick explained the various potential possibilities as to why the dryer may not working and a rough cost estimates for each option, which was appreciated.
Would definitely use him again for any future needs.
