At 9:00am on a Saturday morning, we discovered that our washer was not draining and, if fact, was leaking. I called Rick. He took the make and model number and, at 1:00pm, he called me back. By 2:00pm, he had replaced the pump, as well as making some additional tweaks - giving us confidence that our 20 year old washer (I'm guessing) will last another 20 years. Exceptional service. Thank you.
