Shortly after I moved into my house I did a load of laundry and my washer flooded over. I called a few appliance repair companies and explained the urgency for a repair and was told I would get a tech out in a few days. Then I called Rick and explained the problem over the phone and the urgency to have it repaired. Rick assured me he will fix my washer and within one hour he came to my home and diagnosed the problem and fixed my washer!!! I was so impressed with Rick's expertise and professionalism and his fast response!!
