CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

This service made my move incredibly easy and simple, at a fair price with wonderful customer service. Andrew is running a great business and you should avail yourself of it. He had everything I needed for moving for sale when he dropped off the boxes (eg. bubble wrap, packing paper, etc.) and was flexible on picking them up. You should call him up if you're planning on moving.

We couldn't have done our last move without CityBoxes. Simply put, the service is excellent. Andrew is the nicest guy you'd ever care to meet, and the boxes are terrific for moving because they are so durable, easy to open and close and stack great in a moving truck. We were very lucky we heard about CityBoxes right before our move - we closed our purchase and moved in one month - no time to purge or look for boxes. Andrew was incredibly responsive and always able to deliver - we called more than once because we underestimated how many we'd need. This is a terrific service and we'd never go back to digging up cardboard boxes after discovering CityBoxes.

If I could give Andrew 20 stars out of 10, I'd do it. Fantastic guy, fantastic service. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I couldn't recommend Andrew and his company more highly.

My boyfriend and I moved in together this past weekend. Being the planner in the relationship, I booked my moving boxes with Andrew 6 weeks ago. He was friendly and responsive, gave me several quotes, and was available when I needed him. My boyfriend, in contrast, got his moving boxes last minute. Same excellent service - Andrew even dropped the boxes off at my bf's office during business hours for convenience. Andrew is flexible and will meet your needs, whether they're well in advance or last minute.

It turned out that I didn't need the full 3 week rental. I asked Andrew if he could pick up the boxes early. He did, and refunded me the week I wasn't using without even being asked - what a guy!

This service is the real deal. I should add that the boxes were high quality, easy to use, clean, and made my move with Cargo Cabbie smooth and convenient.

CityBoxes made our recent move easy, affordable and environmentally friendly. Instead of having to purchase, pick up, assemble and tape dozens of cardboard boxes prior to packing, Andrew from CityBoxes recommended the number of plastic boxes we would need, took our order and delivered them right to our door along with a dolly, labels and bubble wrap. The boxes were clean, much more durable than cardboard and when we were unpacked, Andrew conveniently picked them up. What a great and thoughtful service!

Boxes were spotless, Andrew was lovely and we saved money on movers by using CityBoxes. Apparently the boxes are stronger, easier to carry and faster to pack into the truck. Overall, very convenient!

I cannot say enough how impressed I was with CityBoxes. Right from the get go I received all the information I needed to make a decision what products I needed. From there Andrew was outstanding, arrived on time and took me through everything I needed. This whole experience made my move even easier, reduced the stress of having to find boxes and not have to worry about getting rid of cardboard.

We just moved apartment and rented boxes from Andrew, he was a DREAM to work with, so friendly and professional and took a LOT of stress out of our move. I cannot express how great these boxes are, I will never again hunt/pay for cardboard boxes for a move when this is so convenient and surprisingly CHEAP!

Without hesitation I would have recommended Andrew after meeting him on drop off, now I am actively telling people I know about how great he, and his services, are. We had a disastrous move (outside of the boxes!) and ended up having to move again within a week, Andrew was so kind and there was no problem holding onto the boxes for an extra couple of days. He even sent a follow up email to reassure us that there was no pressure and said some very kind words - unnecessary but meant a lot during a really stressful time.

Andrew was a delight to work with. He gave me an extra day at no charge since he was in the area the night before the scheduled delivery day of the bins. For the number of bins and their size, his prices are fantastic! He was personable, upbeat and professional and delivered and picked up the bins at no charge and at my convenience. I searched around online and noted that many companies offering rental bins were charging for delivery and pick-up and provided less boxes and smaller and didn't seem to display much flexibility and wanted payment up front. The world needs more businessmen like Andrew who ask questions (to clarify the needs of his customers); trusts his customers; is flexible with decisions and follows through. I appreciated his remarkable spirit. I will certainly recommend him to friends and family, in the future. Thank you, Andrew for being an outstanding businessman! What an awesome alternative to traditional moving boxes - No assembly or disposal required! Not to mention the fact that it's a great eco-friendly alternative! The crates were exceptionally clean and the customer service was top notch. If you're moving, I would definitely recommend CityBoxes!

Just love the convenience of these boxes and the customer service from Andrew and Cityboxes. It's almost unheard of in the moving business today.

I would definitely use them again for any other move.
