Andrew was a delight to work with. He gave me an extra day at no charge since he was in the area the night before the scheduled delivery day of the bins. For the number of bins and their size, his prices are fantastic! He was personable, upbeat and professional and delivered and picked up the bins at no charge and at my convenience. I searched around online and noted that many companies offering rental bins were charging for delivery and pick-up and provided less boxes and smaller and didn't seem to display much flexibility and wanted payment up front. The world needs more businessmen like Andrew who ask questions (to clarify the needs of his customers); trusts his customers; is flexible with decisions and follows through. On Monday April 15th, I moved contents of a one-bdrm in East York to a two-bdrm in North York. I was scheduled to have 2 movers, but received the gift of two more who were in training. These true gentlemen (they were gentle with all contents) were on time, courteous, professional, personable, kind and efficient. Javier and Chris were remarkable. The move went smoothly and I felt that they took pride in handling all contents as if these were their very own. The quote was right on. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wanted to have a zen-like experience moving from apt to apt. Moving is already stressful and these gentlemen did not add to the stress.
