Box Rental

I saw an ad for cityboxes on the subway and I decided to give them a try. I was more than a little tired of canvassing my neighborhood looking for boxes when the time came to move.

Andrew dropped off the boxes nearly a week early at no extra cost, and when I had to extend by a week, the cost was only a dollar per box. All of the boxes were clean and none were broken in any way. This was great service for the price, it made moving much less painful than it normally would be and Andrew was very pleasant to work with.

CityBoxes

I chose City Boxes for my rented crates because they seemed to be the most cost effective

Andrew was so helpful, knowledgeable and didn't force other products on me when dropping off the boxes, just presented them to me. This system is convenient (you never have to worry about putting together cardboard again) and the boxes kept everything in tact, safe and sound.

I recommend City Boxes to anyone who is moving. Thank you!

Glad we could service you, Jeffrey! We hate assembling cardboard, too; and then collapsing them for recycling afterward is such a pain! Hope you're settled in to the new condo!

Moving

I needed to move out but didn't have any grocery store nearby to "beg" for some used boxes. Looking for a solution to this problem on Google I stumbled upon CityBoxes! To put it simply: Andrew was awesome providing a quick an agile service... I got 20 stackable boxes and a trolley for less than $100!
Just the fact that you get the boxes delivered/picked up at your door and that this is an eco-friendly solution, makes it worth it.

I will (in fact I already have) recommend CityBoxes for everyone who's moving. - Thx Andrew!

Rui, we're happy that you didn't have to "beg" for cardboard either! They're such a hassle to collapse and recycle afterwards anyway. Glad we could help you with your move, and thanks a lot for spreading the word - we count on referrals as a big source of our business!

moving

First off, I never thought I'd pay for moving boxes. In the past I'd just collect free cardboard boxes and pack my things in there, hoping everything made it in one piece. After my experience with cityboxes however, I would definetly pay for this service again. Not just because the boxes were super useful, but the customer service was top notch.

We chose cityboxes initially because we knew the boxes would arrive quick. We wanted them on Monday as we wanted to move the following Wednesday. The boxes were spacious and easy to organize, and we managed to fit the majority of our things in these boxes! I appreciate not having to worry about the boxes caving in due to the weight of the contents, that was a huge load off my mind.

Boxes aside, the service itself is great! Andrew was so helpful and efficient, little things like sending me a text telling me how far away he was (for drop-off and pick-up) made my life sooooo much easier. Little things like that go a long way, especially when you're moving! Not only that, but he was extremely polite and efficient. The service felt very professional but also personalized, and I always appreciate that. Also, the fact that I didn't have to pick up or drop off the boxes myself is another huge perk, made my life that much easier.

Out of all the times I've ever moved, this move had to have been the smoothest - I can say without a doubt that I owe this to cityboxes. Because they were punctual, I managed to have all my things packed in a day. And due to the nature of the boxes, unpacking didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would.

10/10!

I had one point of contact throughout the entire process. Through email, phone and text, Andrew from CityBoxes.ca was accommodating in arranging delivery and pick-up that was convenient. He made good suggestions on quantity of boxes and types of packing materials I needed. He gave quick and easy-to-follow tips on packing. This was our second time using plastic moving boxes. Cityboxes is hands down more cost effective along with their top-notch customer service. Moving is stressful and Andrew's great personality and sense of humour made our move so much easier. Thank you Andrew, and I will always use and recommend Cityboxes.
