First off, I never thought I'd pay for moving boxes. In the past I'd just collect free cardboard boxes and pack my things in there, hoping everything made it in one piece. After my experience with cityboxes however, I would definetly pay for this service again. Not just because the boxes were super useful, but the customer service was top notch. We chose cityboxes initially because we knew the boxes would arrive quick. We wanted them on Monday as we wanted to move the following Wednesday. The boxes were spacious and easy to organize, and we managed to fit the majority of our things in these boxes! I appreciate not having to worry about the boxes caving in due to the weight of the contents, that was a huge load off my mind. Boxes aside, the service itself is great! Andrew was so helpful and efficient, little things like sending me a text telling me how far away he was (for drop-off and pick-up) made my life sooooo much easier. Little things like that go a long way, especially when you're moving! Not only that, but he was extremely polite and efficient. The service felt very professional but also personalized, and I always appreciate that. Also, the fact that I didn't have to pick up or drop off the boxes myself is another huge perk, made my life that much easier. Out of all the times I've ever moved, this move had to have been the smoothest - I can say without a doubt that I owe this to cityboxes. Because they were punctual, I managed to have all my things packed in a day. And due to the nature of the boxes, unpacking didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would. 10/10!
