CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

I used City Boxes to move into my new condo - great idea as I did not have to deal with throwing out cardboard boxes. Andrew was very professional, on time, friendly. Highly recommend this company if you are packing to move.

Customer service was great and I even had the containers delivered a week earlier at no extra cost. Drop off and pick-up were on time and Andrew was very professional and always courious.

We used CityBoxes for our recent move. Andrew was easy to deal with, delivering boxes when he said he would and was very prompt in coming to pick them up. Anyone contemplating or in the process of moving should consider this type of service. More specifically CityBoxes. The process was smooth all the way through. From ordering the boxes online, to timely and efficient communication, to boxes being delivered right to our house and in the end picked up from our new place. Andrew and his crew are very polite and professional. As for the boxes themselves, they are clean and sturdy, come with free zip ties and labels.

We rented moving boxes from City Boxes for our move last week. Andrew helped us determine the number of boxes required and he was amazingly flexible with the drop off date since we were going to be out of town for a week for the holidays. Highly recommend. 10/10 service.

Excellent company for rental of plastic storage bins for moving needs! Andrew and his team are efficient, polite, organized in communication and the delivery and pickup later of the rented boxes and dollie. We moved so many items in two trips to Ottawa with these perfectly stacking clean, strong containers. So much better than dealing with cardboard boxes and tape! This is the only way to go! My girlfriend and I moved within Toronto recently and CityBoxes was fantastic! The boxes are great - they're spacious, sturdy, easily stackable and easy to carry - and you also get labels and zip ties thrown in for free. We got 20 of them, which worked perfectly.

Additionally, the service is outstanding. Andrew, the owner, is the nicest guy and even dropped off our boxes 2 days earlier than we had ordered them at no extra cost. And if you end up needing more time to unpack, it's pretty cheap to keep them for another week. This is what we did and it gave us some much needed breathing room after a hectic move. They're pretty accommodating with picking them up at a time that's most convenient for you. Another employee, Andre, came to pick them up and he was also super nice and prompt.

All in all, CityBoxes is great. I would definitely use them again.
