WOW Snow Removal

Its 2 years Im in contract with this company for 126 Deerwood Cres in R-Hill, Im very satisfied with their responsibility and on time job, never missed my property, I highly recommend them for your Driveway snow plow, will be satisfied.

Tony from WOW Roofing was knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all, responsive to all my questions and inquiries during every step of the way. He took his time to explain the process, best practices, and the ins and outs of how the entire project will unfold. Not once did I feel rushed - great customer service all around.

I was also greatly appreciative of his team who was professional and polite for the whole duration of the project - even my neighbors were pleased that they cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. Not to mention they worked long hours each day and was was able to finish the project within 2 days (ie roof replacement with underlayment and attic insulation mold remediation).

Overall, fantastic experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends if roofing services are required - especially since Tony provides a 25 year guarantee on the replaced roof. Job well done Tony!

Changed over to WOW's service several years ago, and can attest that WOW does deliver the service that is reflected in the contract. As well, they are responsive to client feedback/requests. A number of clients in my neighbourhood switched over to WOW after witnessing the service that WOW delivered to my home.

The work involved snow removal from my driveway last winter. With one exception the work was done to my complete satisfaction. The one exception was that Wow did slight damage to one of my concrete steps and the metal handrail which I ended up fixing myself, with help from the contractor who installed the handrail in the first place.

They were the first company out of many to respond to me right away. Sometimes they do not remove all the snow from the doorstep but overall, they did a thorough job removing the snow. They are honest people and we will be working again with them this winter.

Great service. Very reliable. We have used several different snow removal services over the years but none have been as reliable as WOW.

Wow has been doing a great job of cleaning snow off of my driveway and returning a second time if more snow has fallen.
I thought they would use a snowblower, I would have preferred it to a snowplow, but I guess things did not work out as originally expected.
