Part of the protective seal on the new shower door had come away. Not an urgent issue, but I called the owner of the company who did the original renovation over a year before. Got a call right away from his installer, who arranged - in these difficult times (very busy for contractors too) - to do the repair at his earliest convenience. He went out of his way (geographically) to do a 15 minute job. Although the issue came to light outside of the warranty period, the work was gratis. Great people make a great company...and it starts at the top.
