ME installed our fiberglass pool in 2021. Daryl was professional and responsive and we were happy with how everything looked. But We added a waterfall feature that cost us $13 000 that doesnt work. After two weeks we notice the wall was leaking and it stopped working for the rest of summer 21. Next season after Freddy opened our pool, the waterfall was back on but again about two weeks later we noticed the sheer has cracked and the leak was even worse. Waterfall was not used since then. Ive been in contact each summer since 2021 to address the issue and although im told they would fix it, they wont commit and keep pushing it back. Ive written countless emails and I have documented everything with dated pictures . We were waiting to give our honest review and although we were originally happy, I would now not recommend a waterfall and they dont seem to stand behind their work after its done unfortunately.
