I had high expectations based on the reviews here, and am happy to report that Pat, Daniel and team met them in every way. High degree of professionalism, from the ease of getting an estimate, to their on-time arrival, to the high quality of the work performed.
(Quick aside: You know how contractors can often make you feel like there is something uniquely difficult about your job, and they're doing you a huge favour by accommodating you? There was none of that here, which I found refreshing).
I'd absolutely recommend them without reservation.
