Recently took their services to move from my house to a storage and then to a temporary rental apt. since i was renovating my house. Initial communication was very cordial and great but it turned sour on the day of moving. As usual i think many people might have gone through the same experience with this one or other movers. they give you one quote and later put additional charges. I was supposed to pay for 2 men @129 for 4 hours with a 26ft truck. that would have come to $583 incl. taxes but i paid $1,270.39 but still paid addl. to their men for tips. They made me pay for fumigation without any proof. i will never hire them again.
