Remove of old furnace and accessories, replace with new dual phase high efficiency furnace
We found ourselves in a dire situation, where the furnace of the house we had just purchased was not functional. Craig made it a priority to schedule the replacement as soon as possible so that we could have heat for Thanksgiving weekend. His team was polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They encountered a few unexpected surprises in this old house, which added about 4 hours of work above and beyond the expected installation time. Craig called us at regular intervals during the installation to provide us an update of the situation and to ensure the delays weren't going to interrupt our family event that night. In the end, Craig honored his quote for the job although the install was significantly longer, on a Saturday of the long weekend! Craig also followed up a few days later to ensure all was well, and had the rebate form filled out and returned to me the very next day.

- Research furnaces. Call multiple contractors (3 at miminum). Ask a lot of questions to each of them and make sure their stories are all similar (there is a red flag if one is very different that the others) and go with the person you are most comfortable dealing with and that you trust.
