New HVAC Disaster - Extremely noisy furnace No resolution after 4 months

Riped out old Mid efficiency and had a highly recommended Napoleon furnace & AC installed by Stirling location. Both premium top of the line models EG Ultimate 9700 Napoleon. It was dubbed to be the best of the best in furnaces and whisper quiet by advertising. However it roars like a jet engine furnace and duct noises is unbearable.!!

Napoleon is impossible to deal with no calls returned or one was in conclusive as nothing resolution wise is happening. Customer relations at Napoleon is non existent. Difficult getting contractor to call back as well as they are too busy to deal with the problem and Napoleon.

Weeks and months go by and nothing.
My patience is at an end.

People need to know NOT TO BUY NAPOLEON. I have heard other furnace which are lower end lines that I cannot even hear running. Friends and other say they can't hear theirs either. Why me??
Pure JUNK product IMO.
