Incredible service. Paul was updating me regularly, either by phone or text. My computer was freezing. Paul thought it was the hard drive. Turned out the HD and the motherboard were faulty. He fixed me up with a refurbished tower that was was 1/100th the size of my old tower and was able to transfer all my data and software. The price quoted was the price paid. Incredibly impressed. I highly recommend this company.

My wife's old laptop was excruciatingly slow. No amount of basic maintenance would work. That's when I called Paul at XPC. He's done work for me in the past on a high-end machine that I use for studio work, and did an excellent job. I brought the laptop to him and we decided on replacing the old hard drive with a new SSD.

The work involved making a backup of the stuff on the old hard drive, replacing the hard drive with the new SSD, installing the backup, and setting everything up so it worked perfectly when my wife turned it on. She was amazed how fast everything was after the upgrade. Thanks Paul.

Local small business gem in the neighborhood. Upgraded my slow Lenovo laptop and could not be happier with the end product. Also did some work on my daughter's Apple iPad. Great service, prompt turnaround, and reasonable price.

I thought the computer was a goner but Paul came through with flying colours! Paul reinstalled Windows 10 and recovered all the data files within two days of me dropping it off. Friendly, courteous and reasonably priced, I will be back in a heartbeat when the next computer problem arises.

I've been a customer of XPC on a number of occasions over the past 18 years. I am fortunate to have this business in my neighbourhood. Paul is honest, knowledgeable, and thorough with the work he does. I've never had any reason to be less than satisfied. His business has certainly stood the test of time.

Requested a quote on upgrading my computer to Windows 10. Paul provided an immediate quote with the necessary hardware and software requirements. Dropped off my computer and within 3 days received an email stating my computer was ready for pickup.

Service was excellent and computer runs like a brand new one. Additionally I loved his Foreign Agent hat.

Paul did a great job assessing and solving my PC problem. He replaced my faulty hard drive with a new solid-state drive. He was able to clone the drive so all files were intact, and no data lost. At the same time, he updated my Windows 10, created restore points, installed adobe, and ran a disk clean up. He also did an internal cleaning of the fan.
As a result, my PC has performed at least 100% better -improving processing speed and reliability. I was thinking about purchasing an new PC, but with Paul's help, my PC performs like a new one. This was all done on a timely basis and at a reasonable cost. Great service overall. I will definitely seek Paul's help again to solve problems, but to also proactively determine how I maintain my PC in good working order.

Once again Paul got me sorted out today with my Zoom glitch ..... could not be without your computer help. Always quick to respond to calls which is most appreciated. A terrific resource for any of us NOT tech savvy.
