XPC (Paul Chow) honestly provided me with the best computer repair service I have received. I have been to the big name stores several times in the past and those have disappointed. Paul was incredibly helpful, patient, and worked overtime as well as fast to fix my laptop. He was able to save all my data (amazing!) and repair my computer (replaced hard drive, fixed corrupted windows, cleaned the dusty fan) as if it's a brand new again (its 2 years old!). He is certainly great at what he does and the best thing about it is that he provides excellent service. My laptop is precious to me and I am very glad that I went to Paul. I have found my computer repair shop, I will be coming back for my yearly computer tuneup. I recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and excellent service, affordable rates and a trustworthy person. Thank you very much for all your help, Paul.
