C Plus Roofing

Roof looks great. The workers tore off the old roof and re-shingled the roof of a bungalow home in 1 day. They were a pleasant group of people. I especially liked how they all dressed in the company uniform t-shirt, which clearly showed the neighbourhood that they were a professional company and not just some shirtless sweaty men on top of our roof.

The main person in charge had brought a folder with roof samples, provided a folder with all the information, including a certificate for the 15-20 year warranty. Very professional all around. They answered promptly to my request to have the job completed as soon as possible, by showing up within 2-3 weeks of the initial quote. They were not pushy, and just polite and well mannered - well behaved trades people are unfortunately not easy to come across in the trades.

At the end of the job, they took all their garbage and scanned for any loose nails and debris. The site was left in as clean of a condition as before they showed up - along with a new roof.

The only minor complaint - there are under a dozen nail heads that still show on the roof. That has a tendency of rusting in the future, and so it may become an issue down the road. That and the front overhang of the roof is about 2". The gutter installer noticed the overhang was a bit too long, which in a huge thunderstorm rain may overspill past the gutter. So far it has not been an issue, but it is worth mentioning.

The price was comparable to the other quotes that came in. However, overall I would call them back again but would just ask them to pay particular attention to the things I mentioned above.

Extremely professional from first call until the job was finished. Very detailed quote, arrived at the time they said. The best way I could put it is I would recommend CPlus Roofing to anyone and trust them to work on my families homes and closest friends. Can't write enough good things; 5 stars for sure if there was a 6th star i'd give them that too.

We liked that C+ Roofing offers a choice of different types of shingles than the standard ones. Jacky replaced several fallen roof shingles on the old roof until the start date of our project which was several months away. As we were at work on the day of the project, we couldn't see when the whole roof was covered with underlayment. He respected our request for a photo of the whole roof covered with synthetic underlayment prior to installing roof shingles. We liked that Jacky actually did the physical work & supervised every step of the project so as to guarantee the quality of workmanship. Thanks to Jacky & his team.

I recently had my roof re-shingled by C Plus Roofing and was very impressed with both their process and the end results. In addition, Jacky was very easy and pleasant to work with. Highlights of my experience include;
• Timeliness – work was done in the week promised, workers showed up ahead of the scheduled start time, and the roof was completed within the same day
• Cleanliness – areas around my house were covered in tarps to capture debris, at risk doors and windows were covered with plywood and/or tarps. On completion, the roof and eves trough were manually cleaned then cleared of small debris with a leaf blower. The driveway and surrounding areas were all swept with a magnetic broom.
• Value – cost for the quality of the products chosen beat other highly rated roofers
• Flexibility – sealing of eves trough joints beyond those originally discussed were completed without question
• Openness/Honesty – before work commencement, I was requested to confirm the correct materials (colour & upgraded shingles) and damaged plywood sheets were replaced only after my approval
• Quality of installation – chalk lines were used to ensure straight edges, shingle were fastened with 6 nails each, and C Plus Roofing and Manufacturer’s warranty were presented upon completion.
I would wholeheartedly recommend C Plus Roofing.

Excellent job. Jacky and his crew are hard working and very thorough. The initial quote was detailed and well presented, the price was great, the job was well done and completed quickly, and clean up was very thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

Hired this contractor for a roofing job. They explained to me the roof tiles available in the market and what are the properties of them. They worked through every detail of my roofing with thoroughness and due diligence. They cleaned up the gardens and collected all of their waste. Highly recommend this team

Jackie and his team were outstanding. They met their timelines by completing a 2,400 sq. foot roof in a day (albeit the sun set at 7:45pm and they were still out there finishing the work ensuring they meet their commitment), providing early guidance and recommendations, ensuring all aspects of the job met our demands, providing quality product and ensuring pricing effectively below market. I had an opportunity to inspect the work throughout the day at Jackie's request and regularly provided feedback and was asked questions to ensure the job was done right. Most roofers wanted up to $350 for areal photos of your roof and Jackie provided all this as part of his quotation. Don't get duped by other roofers when Jackie can do all that and more for less cost. I would highly recommend their team and appreciate the quick response and quality work provided which is enhanced through a transparent and supportive 10-year warranty on labor/product.

Worth every penny! The workers are pofessional, efficient, thorough, hard working and clean! Highly recommend!!!

AT the end of July (2017) Jacki and his crew replaced our roof in Whitby/Brooklin area. Their professionalism was incredible.... Right from the consultation to the clean up the job was done beyond our expectations. In and out in one day, not a thing disturbed in our yard, exceptionally friendly and professional crew, clean and safe site at all times. Thanks Jacki and crew for an exceptional job!!!
