Very happy with the paint job. Bachelor condo, approx 500 sq ft job + bathroom, 2 coat paint + doors + trim / casings. They were able to squeeze me in on short notice, finished in 1 day. Condo was empty, I gave the key and did not need to supervise if they were doing a good job, they did fine, no corners cut. I will recommend using them in the future and will do so myself as well. Friendly customer service, competitive prices. I’m glad I have a go-to painting company now.

Roof looks great. The workers tore off the old roof and re-shingled the roof of a bungalow home in 1 day. They were a pleasant group of people. I especially liked how they all dressed in the company uniform t-shirt, which clearly showed the neighbourhood that they were a professional company and not just some shirtless sweaty men on top of our roof. The main person in charge had brought a folder with roof samples, provided a folder with all the information, including a certificate for the 15-20 year warranty. Very professional all around. They answered promptly to my request to have the job completed as soon as possible, by showing up within 2-3 weeks of the initial quote. They were not pushy, and just polite and well mannered - well behaved trades people are unfortunately not easy to come across in the trades. At the end of the job, they took all their garbage and scanned for any loose nails and debris. The site was left in as clean of a condition as before they showed up - along with a new roof. The only minor complaint - there are under a dozen nail heads that still show on the roof. That has a tendency of rusting in the future, and so it may become an issue down the road. That and the front overhang of the roof is about 2". The gutter installer noticed the overhang was a bit too long, which in a huge thunderstorm rain may overspill past the gutter. So far it has not been an issue, but it is worth mentioning. The price was comparable to the other quotes that came in. However, overall I would call them back again but would just ask them to pay particular attention to the things I mentioned above.

Excellent service. The price was almost the same as the competitors, so expect average pricing. However, we went with Miro's company primarily because of his personal character. He was very professional, respectfully mannered, and had a refined character to him - not pushy, patient, and overall just a pleasant person to do business with. We hired him and had the same experience throughout the job. We did not have to watch over him at any point, which was a relief. They collected all their garbage at the end of the job. They started and finished in 2 days (could have finished in 1 day, but it started to downpour half way in the first day). They fit me in within 2 weeks of the quote, and I was happy for the quick service. I would recommend this company to others. The final product looks great, and I would not hesitate to call back for future business. Thank you Miro for the work well done.

I called Mehrdad (Mark) for a panel upgrade from my original fuse panel. His price was competitive and he did a good job in keeping the new panel in the existing boxed framed area where I had the old panel, which made finishing the panel in the existing frame box afterward straightforward. I liked how he was on-task, respectful, and was able to come on short notice and get the job done quickly. Equally important, he took off his shoes while walking/working through the house, and when the job was completed, he took all his garbage with him rather than throwing it our bin or leaving it around. Overall I was satisfied and have since referred Mark to my friend's uncle who has a house which needs a mast replacement. He's a trustworthy electrician.
