I will say that I was a little concerned when we hired them because appointments were changed last minute but we get it. They are busy and we understand why. This company installed 3 windows & 1 patio door and we couldn't be happier with them. The salesman was knowlegable and friendly, the installers were professional, polite, friendly and worked well together and the people in the office are friendly and quick to call back. The job on the windows is spot on-the cocking lines are so clean. We are going to hire them again to replace 9 windows, patio door and the front entrance door with an added window above the door. Oh, and the price was VERY reasonable
