Nice door

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

Door looks good and functions well. 6 months after the installation, the door did start to rub a little so Ecotech sent a technician for a free service call, and fixed it with a minor adjustment.

Nice door, poorly installed

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

In November of 2016 I had my new front door & frame installed. I did notice a few screws missing from the hinges and hardware, still functional, but poorly done. I could see if they were trying to fit a new door in an old frame there being issues, but I had them install a full new door & frame.

Over the next few months the door started rubbing, and now, 8 months later, it makes a loud bang when opened and closed. I called and emailed the company requesting service to fix it. I received a call back saying someone would be in touch to come within the next week to fix it. That was 3 weeks ago with no call back. I left them a voicemail again last week with no reply.

Do not use this company, the door quality is ok, but customer service & follow-up are very bad.
