First of arranging a date to have the windows took several frustrating attempts due to them constantly postponing
Then once they were installed I was content with what I had received and for the price I paid. Techs were pleasant and professional.
5 months later I have noticed the bay window has a leak which is soaking the wood at the base of the window. I called them cause its under warranty and after 2 days of constant calls I finally got someone to create a service order and was told the tech will contact me to investigate the problem.
Its been over 2 weeks now and no contact and still have leaky window rotting the base of the window. I getting beyond annoyed and may have to take this to the next level if I don't get my windows fixed fast.
Seems once they have your money move on to the next customer and forget about the ones under warranty.
