I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company along every dimension. They are courteous, excellent communicators, on time and on schedule. They did major work in the past on my eaves that solved the issue with water runoff from a flat roof. I have recommended them to several friends and everyone has been happy. Recently, I had a new issue that I thought involved a very small eavestrough spilling over in the heavy rains we now experience. Russell responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and made a small repair on the roof where the problem actually was. No charge. This is how Canada used to be - you developed a relationship with those looking after your home and in turn you helped promote them in any way you could. Thank you Russell & Serge. Definitely 10/10.
