Although products are new as per sales rep said... It's not the latest model.. Therefore it's not as per spec.
The one major issue is that they do not provide invoice as per spec... Ie.. Furnace and tankless water heater, we paid over $7700 and AC unit we paid $3700. But when company email us the paid invoice statement.. The furnace and thanks water heater showed only /- $7100 and AC unit $2700.
This is not true. We requested the company to change it. Until today, we still have not recieved an updated invoice from they with correct amounts paid.

I believe we don't deserve the 1 star as we did a professional installation job and send the invoice along with registration the units
