My husband and I have been shopping for hot tubs for a couple weeks now and Premium Wholesale Home & Leisure was our last stop of the day. Wish we would have made it our first and saved the disappointment of the other 3 stops (one of which the sales person used negative comments about competitors throughout her sales pitch which was quite a turnoff). When we went in there were a couple customers already in the store and the person at the counter apologized that there was no one from sales to help us right away and he was just the service person.........he added he would be happy to tell us what he knows and see if he can help at all..........he was such a pleasure and you could tell he knows a lot about the products he services and believes in the product. He was so friendly, answered all our questions and made us feel so comfortable...Thanks Orville (you should be part of the sales team!). Then when Kevin was available Orville introduced us and told Kevin what we were looking at and then Kevin took over. He was also friendly and made you feel comfortable, no pushy sales pitches from him. Kevin was upfront, clear, provided the information we requested and did not try to upsell. We ended up with a one stop shopping experience and purchased a Twilight Series 7.2 as well as a gazebo for it. Kevin also supplied the contact info to get our cement pad or decking needed and the contact for the gazebo installer. They were all so friendly and helpful we would recommend Premium Wholesale Home & Leisure to anyone!

I called Premium for a repair on my Spa. I was expecting to schedule service at minimum the following week. To my surprise Orville said he would be there that afternoon. He was courteous, friendly and completed the repair in no time. He also shared great tips to keep my spa running in tip top shape. I would highly recommend Premium Wholesale!

Bought the swim spa/hot tub combo and couldn’t be happier with our investment! I’m exercising more in the pool side and feeling so much better throughout my day! Well the time has finally come where my wife and I decided to pull the trigger on a new hot tub. After months of shopping around multiple brands, styles, costs and configurations we decided on a Twighlight series hot tub. We decided on the twilight series for the theripudic aspects that the jets provide and what was one of the biggest selling points? The customer service and knowledge from Kevin at Home and Leisure. Not once did he try to up sell us or get us into a model that didn't fit our lifestyle. Kevin was very knowledgable and really know his stuff and we appreciated his honesty and willingness to help us find the right model. Delivery will be in within the next couple weeks (based on our schedule not theirs) as the tub is already ready to be shipped from their end. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub.

We just purchased an H2x Swimming spa and were very impressed with your entire staff and their willingness to answer our questions. The arrival of the spa took a while, with numerous phone conversations between us and Cheryl. She was always helpful.

Once our spa arrived Kevin connected with us to arrange delivery as soon as possible. We would like to thank your installation crew and especially Scott. It was not easy getting the spa into our backyard because of its size. Moving the spa up our driveway and along the side of our house with a 6 inch clearance was the easy part of the delivery. The crew had to move the spa over our pebbled yard to its final resting place. With Scott’s ingenuity, leadership and muscle power the team worked without complaint and made sure the spa was in place and we were happy with the location They were very pleasant and professional throughout the whole delivery

We looked at a number of spas and at the end of the day what won us over at home and Leisure was the attention to what we actually wanted vs what they had in stock. Kevin ( our sales man) was professional and understanding of our needs and our timelines.
