We purchased the spa at the expo in Barrie, to start off the salesman misled us on a few issues and details pertaining to the tub. He further advised that the spa will be delivered within a week and will include all the necessary start-up chemicals. We were further advised that upon the delivery of the spa someone will guide us through the start up process and explain the basics.

To make a long story short, there were a few flaws in the "salesman's" sales pitch at the expo. We were initially frustrated upon delivery due to a number of issues, partly due to misleading information by the expo salesman, and partly due to our lack of knowledge. We left a voice mail with Premium Wholesale Home and Leisure, and received a call from Kevin the next morning. Kevin was in simple words everything the "salesman" was not. Kevin was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. The issues we originally had have been promptly and professionally corrected and resolved. Kevin went above and beyond our expectations to make the situation right! In essence he transformed a very disappointed first customer, into a happy and loyal client for along time. I can honestly say that I will buy again with confidence from Home and Leisure and I have no issue or restrains recommending them to others.

Very disappointed

Purchased tbe spa at the expo in Barrie, to start off the salesman advised us that the selected spa has 5 year warranty on parts and 20 years on the shell. He further advised that the spa will be delivered within a week and will include all the necessary start-up chemicals. We were further advised that upon the delivery of the spa someone will guide us through the start up process and explain the basics.

Well the spa was delivered two weeks behind schedule, it was placed in our patio and the "movers" left quickly leaving us to own guessing. The tub was extremely filthy and wet, filter appeared dirty and soaking wet to the point where it smelled. The filter housing did not fit and it seemed the filter was the wrong one. Some of the screws that hold the paneling were missing. Some of the chemicals required were missing and the ones that were present were open. The whole unit appeared literally used. The warranty promised which was 5 years on components and 20 on the shell was in fact only 3 years on shell and one one year on equipment. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone, multiple calls and voicemail went unanswered. We are still trying to figure this damn thing out as the instructions are a joke. Filter housing won't fit, no support, starting to seriously regret this investment and dealing with this company.
