Hardscape and Landscape of a new build property.
I was recommended to Sal and his business by several people in my neighbourhood. After his first detailed consultation I decided to hire him. His planning, communication, project oversight and quality of the work were excellent. Out of every professional and trade I hired and worked with while building my new home over the course of nearly 2 years, Sal was the most honest and reliable. I will always recommend him and I plan on hiring him again for a phase 2 of our landscaping plan.

I really appreciated your design sense and taste. Thank you for suggesting Modan wall for your sidewalk retaining wall, I had never worked with it before and I now suggest it when someone is looking for a clean and modern look such as your house's.
We got jostled back and forth a bit by the suppliers and their limitations in terms of matching colours and finishes across products, but you were patient throughout, taking your time to see samples and compare one option against another, and I think it really paid off as the final overall products looks amazing, the path, the wall and the parking pad are so nicely matched!
By the way never before has a client offered me a room in their house to rest in if needed!! Truly a first, and very generous and welcoming of you. If you want I can edit that out of this response!!! I just can't help but mention it as it stands out in my memory of working with you.
I was also impressed by how you guys are brave enough to take things on yourself when able, like the grading of the backyard and all the concrete you had to rip out by hand! Impressive.
Back to the project, the side path had to be laid to ensure water shedding away from both houses, and I thank you for taking my feedback in choosing a smaller unit paver that allowed for easier fine-tuned double grading in a trench like pattern. I think it turned out very elegant and modern, with your choice of a square unit throughout and in a dark charcoal colour.
When we had to figure out specific laying pattern variations on the fly, due to strict limitations in the pad footprint, brain storming with you was like working with a friend.
I remember fondly working with you guys and look forward to collaborating again next spring.
