Victorian Cabbagetown Restoration (Porch, path, garden beds, back courtyard)
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. "Under the Sun" did an amazing restoration of my Victorian Cabbagetown front porch and walkway as well as my backyard courtyard. We used composite decking for the front walkout and steps, cobble stone for the path and 6x6 cedar timbers for the retaining walls. The materials and colour selections blended beautifully with each other and the Victorian style of the house. After some minor issues with the porch, Sal was sure to send somebody to remedy the situation promptly. I would recommend Under the Sun to anyone looking for a landscaping company that pays close attention to detail for a reasonable cost.

THANKS FOR THE GREAT REVIEW JULIE! And sorry for the delayed response, I just got back from vacations. You were a pleasure to work with, always patient and agreeable. Also you had a very clear sense of what you wanted, which is great to have. I like that you wanted to restore rather than throw out and redo. Less garbage, less waste. And it turned out great too! Let me know if there's ever any touch up or detail needed. Whenever I drive by the area, I personally think your front yard stands out most! It's simple but elegant, and very tidy. Great choice on the old village paver (cobble) path. And the cedar perimeter looks way nicer than PT wood.
