Gilles and Gail care deeply about their clients satisfaction and strive for nothing less than perfection. Gilles had a very uneven surface to deal with and he evened the surface and then installed glass tiles and they look beautiful. Would highly recommend them!

Ohhh the life of a Realtor. G&G Magic Touch have made it so easy now.

I few years back I had the opportunity to first meet Gail and Gilles of G&G Magic Touch at a condo I was showing in the Eglinton and O'Connor area. It was a total renovation of a older unit, I was blown away! It was spectacular! Their attention to detail was marvellous.
A few weeks later my realtor son listed a condo in the same building, it looked like a model suite upon entering. It went from a boxed in living, kitchen and dining room to a breathtaking open concept condo! All new flooring, bath, kitchen with modern cabinetry, tile backsplash, electrical, plumbing, trims & mouldings.
concept. Yep found out the G&G Magic Touch was the renovator again. I now use them for any work my clients need in getting their homes ready for sale. I have total confidence in them. Would recommend them highly. My renovator go-to!

We have had them a few times. Most recently it was an emergency and they were right there. Now I totally understand when they email and mention they had an emergency and cannot make it for other work we have had done. They do a great job, their prices are good and they clean up after. Totally trustworthy. The part was under warranty.

The best surprise this year from Santa was the magic wand waved over our floor by G and G Magic Touch. Just when we had rather given up on contractors (we have 3 properties to maintain and have had our share of disappointments to be sure), this team literally leaves us speechless... My family took notice right away and commented on the exquisite workmanship - a number of times during their visit! We are definitely relishing the new main floor. If you are looking for immaculate attention to detail, and someone who will do whatever it takes, look no further.

Another pleasant discovery was the calm and warm demeanor. Let's face it: when undergoing renovations, we tend to be a bit stressed, and this team was soothing for our frayed nerves. And this despite their long hours and fatigue - better known as grace under pressure.

We were told by other contractors to bring in an engineer, replace floor beams, pour thousands of pounds of cement on top of a new subfloor (a bit risky in such an old house). We saved thousands of dollars by using a new design of plank, something new from the U.S. . THESE GUYS KNOW THEIR STUFF.

As if that weren't enough, Gilles was kind enough on Christmas Eve to go out, purchase and install a water intake hose for our dishwasher, damaged while being installed by another contractor (we had just bought a new dishwasher). With my family arriving for Christmas later that day, that gesture (he did not even charge for it) was a godsend.

We have nothing but praise for G and G Magic Touch, and heartily recommend them, as such unusual dedication to the craft, and honesty (very fair prices), deserves to be taken notice of - they really stand out. If you want some sort of sloppy fast fix, this is not the place to call

Following a positive referral from Ceramic Tile World, we contracted G&G to tile our basement floor and landing area. Overcoming prior builder problems, such as an uneven concrete floor and out of square walls, Gilles did a skillful, and professional job. We were impressed with their customer service and trustworthiness. They went beyond expectations to assist in other underlying concerns such as shoring up the landing area and stairwell. The project was completed as scheduled and on budget.

We needed tile setting for a small front hall, closet & kitchen. They are very skillful. Gilles was very careful with alignment and orientation of the tiles, even though the area to be covered was only about 120 square feet.
Gail kept us fully informed about scheduling and even gave us several extra days notice.
They went above and beyond to get the job done, even going to the tile distributor's warehouse to get extra tiles.

He did a nice job finishing my kitchen. Satisfied with the job that was done. Would recommend contractor to friends and family. Clean neat and tidy and takes away garbage.
