Squeaky Clean Windows

I called and made an appointment. I had to reschedule so I called again, and the hold time was ridiculous. So when they sent me an email to confirm I chose the reschedule option. I left a message for someone and never heard back. So when they sent another email I declined and asked them to confirm they got the email. I never heard back, and when I called i waited so long, I gave up. Then they just showed up on the day I asked them to reshedule AND TO CONFIRM. They have a very bad system in place for staying in touch with their customers.
