Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Oshawa

Problem with one of the panel of my casement window. Glass was not clear. Initially had a few misunderstanding while trying to determine the actual cause and to get the problem fixed. Took a month for ordering the parts, and the problem window was replaced in a jiffy. Now it looks as good as NEW.

$7,000.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

Problem with the casement window. Installed just August 2014. Very prompt at the time of sales. But sucks at service. Called few times, send pictures of the problem window. No one getting back to even acknowledge that they received the complaint. In my opinion, it is a defect during manufacturing, and they promised a lifetime warranty. I will like to see if they will live up to their promises. Overall, not happy with the service, and WON'T recommend.
