Absolutely amazing moving services. We have used them time and time again. Would recommend them to everyone!

Had service rep come to our 3 story town house and was quoted approx 800$ as he told us we hardly had anything (we were not even packed at this point). Moving day came, movers themselves were hard working, took requires breaks. Ended up taking double the amount of time and therefore was stuck with a bill double that of the quote I was given!!!! When my husband called to speak with Emil, no action was taken to remedy the situation. Stated we had more stuff then initially thought and we were required to pay the set amount. Needs someone who knows how to quote properly, otherwise this is burloak movers way of suckering people into signing with them!

In addition, one of the movers who gave us the bill at the end of the day said this Always happens!

On-site quote seemed good - said 4 hours was no problem for 2 guys. Told them that the unit I would be moving into would be similar, but with a courtyard to cross. Asked if they wanted that address, was told no, it was no problem. Day of move, guy told me that I had way more stuff than his manager claimed. At new location, he called manager, who then accused me not only of being dishonest about having to walk to get to new unit, but also accused me of hiding stuff I actually had to move during walk through - even though he was the one that did the walk through! I found that incredibly offensive. My original quote of 400 +hst turned into over 600 + hst because they called another guy and even then it took almost 6 hours, not 4. Would not hire them again. Mover told me this was only the 5th quote the manager had done, so he was still figuring it out - unfortunately, I got stuck paying for it.

After reading the reviews we decided to give BurlOak movers a call. Very glad I did. Their truck showed up on time and the three movers were polite, careful and thorough. I give them full marks and appreciate the care they took with our things. Would definitely use again.

This is the second time we have used Burloak Movers and on both occasions they were excellent. The removal men are very helpful, courteous and professional. I would definitely use again in the future.

We had a terrific experience with Burloak Movers- The crew was efficient, patient, and very skillful- the team was led by Tyler. The team worked very well together and loaded and unloaded without quickly and damage free- The guys worked very hard and through their skills made everything look easy.
The rate was very reasonable and while we paid for the service by the hour, the team took a few small breaks and hustled through the day- we never worried about them taking their time.

The entire process was simple, and stress free!!!! Great work – Emil- you lived up to your promise!

Got 3 quotes to move Burloak was the least expensive and did move in 6 hours with 3 guys..One quote for 3x times more said it would take 4 guys 18 hours...WONT EVEN LOOK AROUND NEXT TIME...Thanks Burloak Movers

Have used Burloak for multiple moves. They've gone above and beyond. Always on time, courteous and took care of things like a piano, antiques and even drove an SUV with a dog in the cage up north along with furniture. And they always come in at the price they quoted.

Fantastic experience. The guys showed up early, were friendly, had no problem moving everything, and we had zero damaged items (including some challenging items, such as a ceramic bbq and a piano).

The entire team was great. The movers were outstanding: relaxed and joking around but careful. They made a stressful day enjoyable.
